I’m Anita Thompson, the Founder of Nola Project Marketing.

I have over twenty years’ experience successfully marketing Apartments, Communities and Retail projects across the country, working with global property developers, local builders and ASX listed companies. And, I am unashamedly passionate about marketing!

Having developed countless effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives throughout my career, I am able to develop your strategy, identify your audience and understand your competitors.

I will help you create strong, impactful brands, design innovative, creative messaging and provide strategic advertising opportunities to attract your target market.

I’ll work closely with you to identify projected enquiry levels to achieve sales continuity, estimate cost per enquiry and most importantly cost per sale – reporting regularly on campaign performance and ROI analysis.

Using my vast property experience, I will create and manage your marketing budgets for the life of your project, measure success and identify cost saving initiatives.

I’ll work with you to understand your business needs and create innovative, considered strategies to achieve them, calling upon an amazing network of industry professionals when the need arises!
